I told myself I would read 52 books this year… that’s one book a week and am already way behind as I have only posted about one thus far… “Fifty Shades of Grey”… after that book I haven’t felt very motivated to read, but I managed to get through the second and third book in the series, “Fifty Shades Darker” and “Fifty Shades Freed”, which was almost torture.

All I can say is this…

• As far as the writing, I found it weak!!
• Story line is very predictable
• All that hyped about sex, yawn
• The movie… if i do end up seeing it, I will be one of the very last, and will probably be dragged to see it by my hair kicking and screaming.

Overall the books for me weren’t very enjoyable but I got through them. Now on to the next.
